Refund Policy

Once the User will be registered and paid the Fee through online Payment Gateway. He/She will not be able to cancel the transaction in any circumstances. No Payment will be refunded to the User. Payment Refund Policy for Online Payments

Refund for Charge Back Transaction: In the event there is any claim for/ of charge back by the User for any reason whatsoever, such User shall immediately approach the Y5Media with his/ her claim details and claim refund from the Institute alone. Such refund (if any) shall be effected only by the Y5Media via payment gateway or any other means as the Institute deems appropriate. No claims for refund/ charge back shall be made by any User to the Payment Service Provider(s) and in the event such claim is made it shall not be entertained.

In some circumstances, we may offer a refund to your account. Our decisions about refunds are made on a case-by-case basis and depend on the facts and circumstances of the particular issue. All refunds are made at our sole discretion and without admission of liability. You’ll typically be notified about refunds by email, but your Y5Media Account Representative may also contact you directly about refunds. If you don’t hear from us, we’re not giving a refund.

It usually takes at least one month to get a refund. If you’ve paid by credit card, you may expect a refund in a shorter period. We issue credits to the payment method on the account where possible. Where this isn’t possible, we may issue refunds in the form of ad credits. If you use Monthly Invoicing to pay for your ads, you can expect to be issued with credit points which can be applied against new AD campaigns and used towards future spend.

Cancellation Policy

if Customer cancels an Ad after a commitment date provided by Y5Media (e.g., a reservation-based campaign), then Customer is responsible for any cancellation fees communicated by Y5Media to Customer, and the Ad may still be published.

Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and execution of the Advertisement has not started already.

Cancelled Ads will generally cease serving within 12 business hours and Customer remains obligated to pay all charges resulting from served Ads.

Customer must effect cancellation of Ads with notice to Y5Media via email at [email protected]. Customer will not be relieved of any payment obligations for Ads not submitted or submitted by Customer after the due date provided by Y5Media.
