Good to know.

Do I need my own mailing list?

No. You pick the industry, places and type of people you want to reach, and we send your campaign to them across the UAE and the GCC.

What do I need to send you?

Your logo, a few photos and the offer you want to promote. If you already have a finished HTML email, you can upload that instead.

When am I charged?

When you approve the proof. If some emails can’t be sent, those credits go back to your balance once the results are in. Cancel before it sends and you get everything back.

How big does a campaign have to be?

The smallest campaign is 100,000 emails. The price per email drops at 500,000 and again at 1 million.

Can I see the email before it goes out?

Yes. We upload a proof to your dashboard, and nothing is sent until you approve it.

Where do I see the results?

In your Y5Media dashboard. Each campaign shows how many emails were delivered, opened and clicked, live while it sends and in full when it’s done.
